Silent Customers

There are two ways you can be rewarded for your insightful feedback: You can complete the feedback surveys on this website for participating restaurants and get money off your next visit or you can sign up to be a Silent Customer (mystery diner) and, if you are chosen, you will get food and drink reimbursed in return for completing a detailed questionnaire.

 

Customer Feedback Surveys

Dine in a participating venue (listed on the right hand side of the website), retain your receipt and then click onto the relevant restaurant on the website to complete a survey. It will take you approximately ten minutes to complete and you will be able to download a money-off voucher redeemable on your next visit.

The more detailed and objectively considered comments you include the more helpful it will be to the restauranter.

Silent Customers (mystery diners)

As a Silent Customer you will be expected to covertly dine in a restaurant or pub and complete a report about your experience. Our Silent Customers are chosen for their passion for great food and service, have an eye for detail and are able to demonstrate objectiveness. Many of our Silent Customers are professionals in the hospitality industry.
