Silent Customers

There are two ways you can be rewarded for your insightful feedback: You can complete the feedback surveys on this website for participating restaurants and get money off your next visit or you can sign up to be a Silent Customer (mystery diner) and, if you are chosen, you will get food and drink reimbursed in return for completing a detailed questionnaire.

Customer Feedback Surveys

Dine in a participating venue (listed on the right hand side of the website), retain your receipt and then click onto the relevant restaurant on the website to complete a survey. It will take you approximately ten minutes to complete and you will be able to download a money-off voucher redeemable on your next visit.

The more detailed and objectively considered comments you include the more helpful it will be to the restauranter.

Silent Customers (mystery diners)

As a Silent Customer you will be expected to covertly dine in a restaurant or pub and complete a report about your experience. Our Silent Customers are chosen for their passion for great food and service, have an eye for detail and are able to demonstrate objectiveness.
